Club repair

  • Repairs and replacements are available at the store where you purchased the product or at a nearby store.
  • All prices are for one unit (tax included). Repair fees are included in the repair fees below.
  • We do not sell parts only.
  • Standard delivery time: Head and shaft replacement is about one week after receiving the repair request. (However, it may take time depending on the time of congestion and parts availability.)
  • If the parts retention period has passed, we may replace it with a replacement. Please note.

Product Warranty

In the unlikely event that a product purchased from an ONOFF authorized dealer is damaged or malfunctions due to a product defect, we will repair it free of charge based on our warranty for 2 years from the date of purchase.

The warranty is both a warranty and an instruction manual. Please read before use. When purchasing, be sure to check that the necessary items are entered in the store entry column before receiving the warranty card.
